摘  要:对田间自然干燥0h(D1)、6h(D2)、24h(D3)、48h(D4)和72h(D5)天然牧草进行10mm(R1)、20mm(R2)、30mm(R3)降雨量的人工模拟降雨,测定不同处理下天然牧草干草叶绿素含量(叶绿素a、叶绿素b及总叶绿素)以及干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、粗灰分(Ash)、可溶性碳水化合物(WSC)等营养成分含量,探究天然牧草调制过程中不同干燥时间和模拟降雨量对干草叶绿素含量及营养品质的影响。结果表明:在干燥过程中,随着降雨量的增加天然牧草干草叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素、DM、CP、WSC含量整体呈下降趋势;随着干燥时间的延长,天然牧草干草叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素、DM和CP整体呈下降趋势,NDF和ADF含量呈上升趋势;不同干燥时间和降雨量的交互作用对天然牧草干草叶绿素含量和营养品质影响显著(P<0.05);天然牧草干燥48h后遭受不同降雨程度雨淋,会导致天然牧草干草叶绿素含量和营养品质损失加剧。To explore the effects of different drying times and simulated rainfall on chlorophyll content and nutrient quality of natural grass during drying process,this study conducted artificial simulated rainfall of 10mm(R1),20mm(R2)and 30mm(R3)for native grass naturally dried for 0h(D1),6h(D2),24h(D3),48h(D4)and 72h(D5).The contents of chlorophyll(chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll),dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF),crude ash(Ash)and water soluble carbohydrate(WSC)of natural herbage under different treatments were determined.The results showed that during the drying process,the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll,DM,CP,and WSC decreased with the increase of rainfall;With the extension of the drying time,the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll,DM and CP decreased,while the content of NDF and ADF increased;The interaction of different drying time and rainfall had significantly effects on the chlorophyll content and nutritional quality of natural herbage hay(P<0.05).The natural herbage was exposed to different rainfall after drying for 48 hours,which would aggravate the loss of chlorophyll content and nutritional quality of natural herbage hay.
