摘　　要：目的探讨团体认知行为治疗对癫痫患者生活质量的影响。方法选取62例癫痫患者随机分为治疗组30例与对照组32例,对照组在药物治疗基础上给予常规心理治疗,治疗组在药物的基础上增加团体认知行为治疗干预,共8周。治疗前及治疗后第8周采用癫痫患者生活质量量表(QOLIE-31)评估患者病情。结果治疗前,两组QOLIE-31量表评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组各项评分均较治疗前增加,其中QOLIE-31总分及药物影响、发作担忧评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论团体认知行为治疗可以有效地改善癫痫患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of group cognitive behavior therapy on the quality of life in patients with epilepsy.Methods 62 patients with epilepsy were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=32).The control group was given conventional psychotherapy on the basis of drug treatment,while the treatment group was given group cognitive behavioral therapy intervention on the basis of drugs for 8 weeks.QOLIE-31 was used to evaluate the patients'condition before and 8 weeks after treatment.Results Before treatment,the QOLIE-31 scores of the two groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of QOLIE-31 in the treatment group were increased compared with those before treatment,among which the total score of QOLIE-31,the score of drug influence and seizure worry in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Group cognitive behavior therapy can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with epilepsy.
