摘　　要：目的研究乳腺癌中B7-H5的表达及其临床意义。方法收集2020年6月至2021年4月苏州大学附属第一医院48例乳腺癌患者的癌组织、正常乳腺组织及血液标本,进行流式细胞学分析B7-H5表达。整理并分析了相关临床数据及病理特征。使用Kaplan-Meier绘图仪数据库,对B7-H5不同表达程度的乳腺癌患者进行预后分析。结果乳腺癌组织中的B7-H5表达高于正常乳腺组织(P<0.001);B7-H5的表达与患者淋巴结转移情况及乳腺癌TNM分期呈负相关。Kaplan-Meier绘图仪数据库分析显示,B7-H5 mRNA高表达乳腺癌患者的生存率高于低表达者(P=0.019);B7-H5高表达组的根治性治疗到复发的时间(RFS)明显高于低表达组(P<0.001)。结论B7-H5在乳腺癌组织中显著高表达,其与乳腺癌患者疾病预后相关,B7-H5高表达预示着较好的预后及生存期。Objective The aim of this study is to explore the expression and function of B7-H5 in breast cancer.Methods Breast cancer tissue,mammary tissue and blood samples were obtained from the patients who underwent curative resection between June 2020 to April 2021 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University.The flow cytometry(FCM)was used to detect the expression of B7-H5.The clinical characteristics of the patients were analyzed.Prognostic analysis on the patients with different expression level of B7-H5 was performed by the method of Kaplan-Meier plotter(www.kmplot.com).Results The expression of B7-H5 in breast cancer tissue was higher than that of normal breast tissues(P<0.001).The expression of B7-H5 had negative correlation with lymph node metastasis and the TNM stage respectively.The Kaplan-Meier plots revealed that high B7-H5 mRNA expression was significantly associated with long OS(P=0.019)and RFS(P<0.001).Conclusions B7-H5 which is associated with a good prognosis in patients express highly in breast cancer,which provides a new idea for the treatment of breast cancer.
