摘 要:试验旨在探讨白屈菜碱对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫功能和抗氧化能力的影响。选取144头21日龄断奶仔猪,采用单因子完全试验设计随机分为4个组,分别为对照组、低量白屈菜碱组、中量白屈菜碱组、高量白屈菜碱组,每组分为6个重复,每个重复6头仔猪,分别饲喂0、50、100 g/kg以及200 g/kg的白菜屈碱。结果表明,在生长性能指标方面,添加白屈菜碱的试验各组平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),中量白屈菜碱组和高量白屈菜碱组料重比显著降低(P<0.05);在血清免疫功能指标方面,中量白屈菜碱组和高量白屈菜碱组IgM的含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);在血清抗氧化能力方面,添加白屈菜碱的试验各组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶含量和总抗氧化能力较对照组显著提高(P<0.05),中量白屈菜碱组和高量白屈菜碱组与对照组比较,血清超氧化物歧化酶含量显著提高(P<0.05),血清丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05)。总之,白屈菜碱能够提高断奶仔猪的生长性能、免疫功能和抗氧化能力,且断奶仔猪饲料添加100 mg/kg白屈菜碱较为适宜。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of chelerythrine on growth performance,immune function and antioxidant capacity of weaned piglets.One hundred and 4421-day-old weaned pig⁃lets were randomly divided into four groups with six replicates in each group.They were fed with 0,50,100 g/kg and 200 g/kg of chelerythrine,respectively.The results found that the average daily gain of each group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the feed to weight ratio of the medi⁃um and high dose chelerythrine groups was significantly lower(P<0.05);in terms of serum immune func⁃tion indexes,IgM content in the medium and the high dose chelerythrine group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);in the aspect of serum antioxidant capacity,the content of glutathi⁃one peroxidase in the experimental groups supplemented with chelerythrine was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the content of serum superoxide dis⁃mutase and the total antioxidant capacity in the medium and high-dose chelerythrine groups were signifi⁃cantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of serum malondialdehyde was significantly decreased(P<0.05).In conclusion,chelidonine could improve the growth performance,immune function and anti⁃oxidant capacity of weaned piglets,and 100 mg/kg chelidonine was suitable for weaned piglets.
