阿立派唑与富马酸喹硫平治疗儿童青少年精神分裂症患儿的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究阿立哌唑与富马酸喹硫平在儿童青少年精神分裂症治疗中的临床效果。方法选择我院于2018年10月至2020年2月收治的56例儿童青少年精神分裂症患儿,采用随机数字表法将患者分为试验组与对照组,其中试验组患者接受阿立派唑与富马酸喹硫平治疗,对照组患者单纯接受富马酸喹硫平治疗,总结不同疗法的治疗效果。结果两组患者的治疗后的认知功能评分结果显示,试验组患者的DS评分与EIRT评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.258、8.887,P=0.001、0.001);两组患者的PANSS量表评分结果显示,试验组患者的阳性评分、阴性评分、一般病例评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.577、5.324、12.181,P=0.001、0.001、0.001)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在儿童青少年精神分裂症患者临床治疗期间,采用阿立派唑与富马酸喹硫平联合治疗具有可行性,能够显著改善患者的认知功能,并加快患者临床症状的改善,且药物的不良反应发生率较低。Objective To study the clinical effects of aripiprazole and quetiapine fumarate in the treatment of children and adolescents with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 56 children and adolescents with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital between October 2018 and February 2020 were selected.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method.The experimental group received aripiprazole with quetiapine fumarate treatment,the control group received quetiapine fumarate treatment alone,and the therapeutic effects of different therapies were summarized.Results The cognitive function scores of the two groups of patients after treatment showed that the DS scores and EIRT scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.258,8.887,P=0.001,0.001).The PANSS scale score results of the patients showed that the positive scale scores,negative scale scores,and general case scale scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.577,5.324,12.181,P=0.001,0.001,0.001).Adverse reactions showed that there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion During the clinical treatment of children and adolescents with schizophrenia,the combined treatment of aripiprazole and quetiapine fumarate is feasible.This treatment method can significantly improve the cognitive function of the patients and accelerate the improvement of the clinical symptoms of the patients.
