药膳食疗产品的中英文资料编写规范化及其知识产权保护

摘　　要：药膳食疗产品的中英文资料编写有利于突出药膳本身价值、彰显药膳养生特性、促进药膳产业发展。文章从制定中文编写范式、丰富中文资料内涵、提炼区域文化特征、建立英译版本与英文资料的演绎范式等五方面探讨了药膳食疗产品的中英文资料编写规范化路径,并结合路径明确了药膳食疗产品知识产权的保护思路,从建立中英文资料标准、建立中英文资料知识产权保护体系、构建中英文资料知识产权保护机制、加大中英文资料知识产权保护的研究力度等方面提出药膳食疗产品资料的知识产权保护策略。The compilation of Chinese and English materials of medicinal diet products and intellectual property right are of great significance to highlighting the value of medicinal diet itself,promoting people's health and longevity,and advancing the development of medicinal diet industry.Through research analysis,this paper puts forward five standardized paths of Chinese compilation:enriching the connotation of Chinese data,refining regional cultural characteristics,establishing the English translation version and constructing the interpretation paradigm of the English materials.Combining with the path,this paper puts forward five aspects of medicinal diet products data intellectual property protection strategy as well as medicinal diet products intellectual property protection thoughts,establishing Chinese and English data standards,building the intellectual property protection system,setting up Chinese and English materials intellectual property protection mechanism,and intensifying the research of intellectual property protection.
