摘 要:具有深度学习功能的人工智能逐渐颠覆以往的人力资源行业生态,对HR的角色和素质都提出了新的要求。人工智能背景下人力资源管理人员(HR)的角色正悄然发生着"两转变、一强化、一新增"的变化,即HR从战略"反应者"向战略"贡献者"转变、从人事事务员向后台把控者转变;HR作为变革推动者的角色进一步强化;HR担当起人工智能管理者的新角色。相应地,对HR的执行能力、创新发展能力、人际协调能力、数据分析能力和人工智能应用能力等素质要求也更高。适应智能化的环境,应以突破观念为先导、职业培训为手段、创新意识为动力、技能转变为中心、组织文化为支撑,重构HR素质,以减轻人工智能逐步替代HR带来的负效应,缓解人工智能对HR带来的冲击。Artificial intelligence with a deep learning function gradually subverts the previous ecology of human resource industry, and puts forward new requirements on the role and quality of HR. Under the background of artificial intelligence, the HR role is quietly undergoing "two changes, one strengthening and one adding", that is, HR is changing from strategic "responder" to strategic "contributor", and from personnel clerk to background controller. HR role as a reform promoter is further strengthened and plays a new role as an artificial intelligence manager. Accordingly, higher quality requirements are attached to execution ability, innovation and development ability, interpersonal coordination ability, data analysis ability and artificial intelligence application ability. To adapt to the intelligent environment, we should reconstruct HR quality with breakthrough concept as the guide, vocational training as the means, innovation consciousness as the driving force, skill transformation as the center and organizational culture as the support, so as to reduce the negative effect of artificial intelligence gradually replacing HR and alleviate the impact of artificial intelligence on HR.
