舍饲条件下生长牦牛瘤胃发酵参数时间变化研究

摘　　要：本试验旨在研究牦牛在采食前瘤胃降解率、瘤胃发酵参数和消化酶活性的变化规律。结果表明:在瘤胃养分降解率变化中,粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维无显著性差异(P>0.05);在瘤胃发酵参数中,AY组pH、NH 3-N显著高于PY组(P<0.05),MCP和淀粉含量无显著性差异(P>0.05),PY组丙酸显著高于AY组(P<0.05),乙酸、丁酸等无显著性差异(P>0.05);在消化酶活性中,PY组的纤维素酶显著高于AY组(P<0.05),脂肪酶、淀粉酶和胃蛋白酶无显著性差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,本研究结果分析了反刍动物在采食前瘤胃降解率、瘤胃发酵参数及消化酶活性的变化,为屠宰场牦牛瘤胃内容物的开发利用提供了一些基础数据。This experiment was conducted to study the changes of rumen degradation rate,rumen fermentation parameters and digestive enzyme activities of yaks before feeding.The results showed that there were no significant differences in rumen degradation rate among crude protein,ether extract,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber(P>0.05);In rumen fermentation parameters,pH and NH3-N in AY group were significantly higher than those in PY group(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in MCP and starch contents(P>0.05).Propionic acid in PY group was significantly higher than that in AY group(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in acetic acid and butyric acid(P>0.05).In digestive enzyme activities,cellulase in PY group was significantly higher than that in AY group(P<0.05),but lipase,amylase and pepsin had no significant differences(P>0.05).The results of this study analyzed the changes of rumen degradation rate,rumen fermentation parameters and digestive enzyme activities of ruminants before feeding,providing some basic data for the development and utilization of rumen contents in slaughterhouses.
