摘 要:往复式压缩机排气温度是设备正常运行时的重要监控指标,排气温度的异常变化会引起设备联锁保护而自动停机。排气温度异常的原因需要从多方面查找。通过对无油润滑迷宫型往复式压缩机气路、水路两个方面的检查,从压缩机运行的管网背压、入口温度、气阀完好性、缸体传热系数等方面进行分析,找出压缩机排气温度高的原因并予以解决,为此类压缩机故障分析及处理提供参考。The exhaust temperature of reciprocating compressor is an important monitoring indicator in the normal operation.Abnormal exhaust temperature will cause the reciprocating compressor automatic shutdown based on the interlock protection.The reasons of abnormal exhaust temperature need to be found from various aspects.By checking the gas and water paths of the oil-free labyrinth reciprocating compressor,and analyzing the possible reasons arising from the back pressure of pipe network,inlet temperature,the integrity of the air valve,and the heat transfer coefficient of the cylinder block during the compressor operation,the reasons of the high exhaust temperature have been identified and addressed for the compressor,which can provide reference for the fault analysis and treatment of the similar compressor.
