摘  要:"工学结合"是结合我国高等职业教育与普通高等教育改革和发展实际提出的一种应用技术型人才培养新模式,"工学结合"的人才培养强调理论与实践相结合、学校教育与企业教育结合,突出企业在高校人才培养过程中的重要地位和作用,突出学生工程应用能力和创新创业能力的培养。我校制药工程专业按照"工学结合"的人才培养要求,合理定位制药人才培养目标、科学构建专业课程体系,强调校企合作协同育人以及建立和完善保障制度等,逐步推进应用型制药人才的培养。"Working-integrated Learning" is a new training mode for the applied technology talents proposed in combination with the reform and development of vocational education and general higher education in China. The "Working-integrated Learning Mode" emphasizes the combination of theoretical education and production practice, school education and enterprise education. It highlights the important position and role of enterprises in the process of talent training in colleges and the training of engineering application ability, innovation and entrepreneurship ability. According to the talent training requirements of "Working-integrated Learning Mode", the pharmaceutical engineering specialty of the University of South China reasonably locates the training objectives of pharmaceutical talents, scientifically constructs the professional curriculum system, emphasizes the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and improves the guarantee system. With the completion of all these, the training of skilled pharmaceutical engineering talents is gradually carried forward.
