浅谈不同导师制对理工科高校硕士生培养的影响

摘　　要：研究生导师是研究生培养的第一责任人,研究生导师的指导模式和指导方式直接关系着研究生的培养质量。通过对国内部分理工科高校的274名硕士研究生开展问卷调查、交流访谈、统计分析,发现实行双导师制培养的研究生,其课题进度、成果产出的数量与质量等方面,均优于单一导师制培养和小组导师制培养的研究生。分析其原因在于:双导师制可综合不同导师的优点,促进师生之间的沟通交流,帮助研究生尽快度过科研适应期,进而有助于提高研究生培养质量。Postgraduate tutor is the first person responsible for postgraduate training.The guidance mode and method of postgraduate tutors are directly related to the quality of postgraduate training.Through questionnaire survey,interviews,and statistical analysis of 274 postgraduates from some domestic science and engineering universities,it is found that the graduate students who are trained with double tutor system are better than the students who are trained with single tutor system and group tutor system in terms of project progress,and quantity and quality of the output in achievements.The reason is that the double tutor system can integrate the advantages of different tutors,promote communication between teachers and students,and help postgraduate students get through the scientific research adaptation period as soon as possible,thereby helping to improve the quality of postgraduate training.
