摘　　要：目的建立适用于我国老年人的认知功能评估初始量表。方法通过复习和检索文献,筛选与老年人认知功能评估相关的量表,通过专家小组讨论形成条目池。根据德尔菲法筛选条目,专家对条目的重要性进行评分。计算得分的算数均数、变异系数和满分比例,构建老年人认知功能评估的初始量表。结果 2轮专家咨询问卷的积极系数分别为80%和100%,权威系数分别为0.825和0.875,协调系数分别为0.177和0.194。经过2轮专家咨询形成专家一致性意见,最终形成认知功能评估初始量表,包括认知障碍筛查量表11个条目、认知障碍全面评估量表(自评部分)6个条目以及认知障碍全面评估量表(他评部分)16个条目。结论应用德尔菲法初步构建了老年认知功能评估初始量表,可用于社区、护理院和医院老年患者的认知功能评估。Objective To establish a primary version of cognitive function assessment scale for Chinese elderly popu-lation.Methods By reviewing and searching the literature,the scales related to the assessment of cognitive function of the elderly were selected,and the item pool was formed through expert group discussion.The items were screened according to the Delphi method.All experts were asked to grade the assessment indexes based on importance.The arithmetic mean,coefficient of variation and full score ratio of scores were calculated to establish a primary scale for the assessment of cognitive function of the elderly.Results The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were 80%and 100%,the authority coefficients were 0.825 and 0.875,and the coordination coefficients were 0.177 and 0.194,respec-tively.After two rounds of expert consultation,the consensus opinion of the experts was formed,and finally the primary version of cognitive function assessment scale was established,including cognitive impairment screening scale with 11 items,comprehensive cognitive impairment assessment scale(self-rate part)with 6 items and comprehensive cognitive impairment assessment scale(other-rate part)with 16 items.Conclusion A primary version of cognitive function assessment scale for Chinese elderly population is established by using Delphi method,which can be used to assess the cognitive function of the elderly in communities,nursing homes and hospitals.
