摘  要:针对某天线传动系统高速轴处轴承的故障检测问题,提出一种基于重构理想转速信号重采样和包络解调分析相结合的轴承故障增强检测方法。该方法首先依据传动系统输入转速的先验知识,人工重构理想的转速脉冲信号,并利用该转速信号来控制对原始采集的振动信号进行的重采样以获取振动重采样信号。然后根据原始振动信号频谱中共振所处的频带位置来选择重采样信号带通滤波的频带,以获得重采样信号的带通信号。最后通过对带通信号进行基于Hilbert变换的包络解调分析,获得包络谱图以检测轴承的故障状态类型。经现场采集数据分析表明,该方法能够捕获带故障轴承的特征信息。该方法简明易行,适合现场实时应用。A bearing fault enhancement detection method based on the reconstruction of ideal speed signal resampling and envelope demodulation analysis was proposed to solve the problem of bearing fault detection when the antenna transmission system can only obtain vibration signals.According to a priori knowledge related to rotating speed input of antenna drivetrain,an ideal pulse tachometer signal was reconstructed artificially.This artificial tachometer signal was used to control the resampling process for raw collected vibration signal and thus the resampling vibration signal was obtained.According to frequency range of resonance included in spectrum of raw vibration signal,the frequency band was selected for band-pass filtering of the resampling signal.The goal of band-pass filter was to obtain the band-pass signal of the resampling signal.Envelope analysis was performed for the band-pass signal based on Hilbert transform and thus the envelope spectrum was calculated to identify the bearing fault.The analysis results for the collected data show that the presented method can capture the bearing condition information effectively and is easy to use for real-time application.
