摘　　要：文章指出,随着计算机技术的迅猛发展和办公信息化的普及,在日常管理中高校也逐渐注重利用信息化手段管理日常事务。例如在考试管理过程中,为了杜绝考试中替考的现象和减轻考务人员核实考生信息工作量,研发基于指纹识别技术的考务管理系统,在考生进入考场之前通过现场采集到的指纹信息与之前采集的学生指纹信息进行比对,判断是否为同一个人,进而识别该生的身份,判断是否存在替考行为,从而在提高工作效率与准确性的同时,促使考务管理工作的规范化、科学化。With the rapid development of computer technology and the popularization of office information,colleges and universities gradually pay attention to the use of information technology to manage affairs in daily management.For example,in the course of examination management,in order to reduce the phenomenon of substitute examination and reduce the workload of examination staff to verify examinee information,so the examination management system based on fingerprint identification technology is developed.
