摘　　要：忆阻器是一种具有阻值记忆的新型电子器件,具有无源记忆与非线性的特点。为了研究荷控忆阻器的混沌特性,文章在蔡氏电路的基础上对电路进行改进,得到了一个基于忆阻器的混沌系统。使用Matlab对系统的时域信号、动力学特性以及平衡点集进行理论分析与求证,经过对分岔图和Lyapunov Exponent的分析,得出此系统存在着周期特性以及混沌特性。Memristor is a new electronic device with resistance memory,which has the characteristics of passive memory and nonlinearity.In order to study the chaotic characteristics of the controlled memristor,this paper improves the circuit on the basis of Chua’s Circuit,and obtains a chaotic system based on the memristor.The time-domain signal,dynamic characteristic and equilibrium point set of the system are analyzed and verified by using Matlab.Through the analysis of bifurcation diagram and Lyapunov Exponent,it is concluded that the system has periodic and chaotic characteristics.
