摘  要:液相色谱仪是食品检验常用的仪器,目前我国用于食品检验的液相色谱仪以进口品牌为主。开展国产液相色谱仪在食品检验中的应用评价研究,能够为推动液相色谱仪质量提升和“进口替代”提供有效的技术支持。本文根据GB 5009.82和GB 5009.22标准的技术要求,建立液相色谱仪测定食用油中维生素E和黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2的应用评价方法,对国产LC3000增强型液相色谱仪性能进行验证评价,验证了仪器的检出限、定量限、精密度和标准曲线线性范围等技术指标,进行了食用油样品回收率试验,与进口品牌液相色谱仪比对了食用油样品检测结果。验证评价结果表明,LC3000增强型液相色谱性能符合食用油中维生素E和黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2测定标准方法的技术要求。Liquid chromatograph(LC)is a commonly used analytical instrument in food inspection laboratories.The standard method for the determination of vitamins,mycotoxins,pesticide residues and veterinary drug residues in food is LC.At present,China's LC instruments for food inspection are mainly imported brands.In order to verify the performance of LC instruments in food inspection,evaluate whether they meet the application of food inspection,and promote the quality improvement and"import substitution"of domestic LC instruments,according to the technical requirements for the determination of vitamin E and aflatoxins in edible oil specified in GB 5009.82 and GB 5009.22 standards,the application evaluation method of domestic LC instruments in the determination of vitamin E and aflatoxins in edible oil was established.In this paper,the domestic LC3000 enhanced LC instrument was verified and evaluated,the detection limits,quantitative limits,precisions,recoveries and linear ranges of standard curves were verified,and the detection results of edible oil samples were compared with the imported brand LC instruments,The application of LC3000 enhanced LC instrument in the determination of vitamin E and aflatoxins in edible oil was evaluated.The verification and evaluation results showed that the LC3000 enhanced LC instrument meets the application requirements for the determination of vitamin E and aflatoxins in edible oil by standard methods.
