摘　　要：我国高职院校创新创业教育工作虽然取得长足发展,但创新创业教育管理体系依然存在理念与认知的片面性、课程与教材的滞后性、师资量与质的偏颇性、平台与项目的短缺性等现实困境。文章探讨高职院校创新创业教育管理体系四层级推进机制,从学校层面引领、院部层面支持、平台层面支撑、实施层面推进四个方面有效推进创新创业教育工作开展,提出从基础条件、核心要素、关键问题、保障机制和反馈机制五方面来破解现行管理体系的现实困境,以期能推动高职院校创新创业教育管理工作持续深化改革和高职教育高质量发展。The paper investigates the practical difficulties of the management system of innovation and entrepreneurship education,such as one-sidedness of concept and cognition,lag of curriculum and teaching materials,insufficient of teachers'quantity and quality,shortage of platform and projects.The four-level promotion mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education management system in higher vocational colleges were applied such as leading from the school level,supporting from the department level,supporting from the platform level and promoting from the implementation level.This paper proposes to solve the practical difficulties of the management system from five aspects which include basic conditions,core elements,key problems,guarantee mechanism and feedback mechanism,for the purpose of effectively promoting the reform in the management of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges and the high-quality development of higher vocational education.
