摘　　要：医学人文境界是医学主体对医学人文精神和医学人文关怀的追求所达到的层次和高度。通过界定医学人文境界的概念,阐释其在医疗思维、技术实践、医德修养、职业定位、人生价值五个表征维度的具体层次和特点,分析其人文价值观、信仰、人文医学教育、工具理性、社会系统等主要影响因素,指出提升医学人文境界对实现医学主体自我价值,完善医学教育体系,提供以人为本的健康服务,促进和谐医患关系,维护患者健康,实现医学人文的终极目标,具有现实意义。Medical humanistic realm represents the levels and capabilities of medical professionals'humanistic spirit and humanistic care.In this study,the author defines medical humanistic realm and describes the representations and characteristics of the five concepts of medical humanistic realm,including medical thinking,technique practice,medical ethics,career orientation and value of life.The main factors of medical humanistic realm are values,faith,humanistic medical education,instrumental rationality and social system.Upgrading the realm of medical humanities can help professionals achieve self-worth,improve medical education system,provide patient-centered health care,benefit harmonious doctor-patient relationships,maintain health and realize the goals of humanistic medicine.
