摘 要:以某酒厂厌氧出水为研究对象,考察了不同铁盐、铝盐对水样中磷、COD去除效果的影响,其综合去除效果如下液态聚合硫酸铁>氯化铁>硫酸铝>硫酸亚铁>硫酸铁。以液态聚合硫酸铁作为脱磷剂的最佳反应参数为当水样磷浓度为130 mg/L时,最佳Fe/P摩尔比为12.1,最佳反应pH为6,此时总磷、磷酸盐和COD的去除率分别为99.29%、99.09%和73.6%。当水样初始磷浓度为30~1000 mg/L时的实验结果表明用液态聚合硫酸铁做除磷剂对磷的去除效果好,且对磷含量的适用范围较广。Taking the anaerobic effluent of a winery wastewater as the research object,the effects of different iron salts and aluminum salts on the removal of phosphorus and COD were investigated.The comparative results of salts on phosphorus and COD removal are liquid polyferric sulfate>ferric chloride>aluminum sulfate>ferrous sulfate>iron sulfate.The optimal reaction parameters of liquid polymeric ferric sulfate as dephosphorization agent were as follows:when the phosphorus concentration in the water sample was 130mg/L,the optimal Fe/P molar ratio was 1:2.1,the optimal reaction pH was 6,and the removal rates of total phosphorus,phosphate,and COD were 99.29%,99.09%,and 73.6%,respectively.When the initial phosphorus concentrations of water sample was 30~1000 mg/L,the liquid polymeric ferric sulfate had the best performance on phosphorus removal within a wide range.
