静息态功能MRI下抑郁症前扣带回认知亚区脑网络功能连接的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨抑郁症(MDD)患者静息态功能磁共振成像(rsGfMRI)下前扣带回(ACC)认知亚区脑功能连接(FC)改变.方法选取36例首次发作未治疗的MDD患者(MDD组)与36例健康对照者(HC组)进行rsGfMRI扫描,使用ACC皮层作为感兴趣区(ROI),选取左右脑S5和S6共4个种子点,分析各种子点与全脑其他区域功能连接强度(FCS)组间差异.结果与对照组相比,MDD组的左侧S5种子点与楔前叶,丘脑及额上回(SFG),右侧S5种子点与楔前叶、小脑、壳核、额中回(MFG)以及顶上小叶(SPL),左侧S6种子点与楔前叶、小脑、苍白球及SFG,右侧S6种子点与楔前叶、小脑、苍白球及SPL之间的FCS均出现显著减弱(P<0.05,FDR校正).结论MDD患者ACC认知亚区与多个脑区存在FC异常.Objective To explore the functional connectivity(FC)of cognitive subregion of anterior cingulate cortex(ACC)in patients with major depressive disorder(MDD)under resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI).Methods A total of 36 patients with untreated first-episode MDD and 36 healthy controls(HC)were selected to undergo rs-fMRI scanning.The both sides S5 and S6 of ACC were selected as the regions of interest(ROI)to analyze the differences of functional connectivity strength(FCS)between from other brain regions.Results Compared to the HC group,the patients in MDD group showed the extensively reduced FCS(P<0.05)between the L-S5 and precuneus,thalamus,superior frontal gyrus(SFG);R-S5 and precuneus,cerebellum,putamen,middle frontal gyrus(MFG)and superior parietal lobule(SPL);L-S6 and precuneus,cerebellum,pallidum and SFG;R-S6 and precuneus,cerebellum,pallidum and SPL.Conclusion Patients with MDD have dysfunctional connectivity in cognitive subregion of ACC.
