布瑞亭拮抗食管癌高龄患者术后残余肌松剂的观察

摘　　要：目的讨论布瑞亭(舒更葡糖钠注射液)拮抗食管癌高龄患者术后残余肌松剂的效果。方法2020年1月至2021年3月,将本院收治的60例食管癌高龄手术患者随机分为对照组(新斯的明+阿托品)与研究组(布瑞亭)各30例,观察指标:手术情况、恢复时间指标、肌肉松弛恢复时间及肌松残余。结果两组手术及麻醉用时、液体输入量、术中失血量、排出尿液量及麻醉用药量统计学差异不显著,P>0.05。研究组拔管等待时间、意识恢复时间、定向力恢复时间及术后首次排气时间均明显短于对照组,P<0.05;但组间术后首次排便时间统计学差异不显著,P>0.05。研究组TOFr恢复至0.9时间明显短于对照组,予以肌松拮抗药后5 min及15 min后肌松残余明显低于对照组,P<0.05,但组间予以肌松拮抗药后30 min肌松残余统计学差异不显著,P>0.05。结论布瑞亭拮抗食管癌高龄患者术后残余肌松剂效果显著,减少肌松残余,利于术后恢复。Objective To discuss the effect of sugammadex sodium injection on postoperative residual muscle relaxants in elderly patients with esophageal cancer.Methods From January 2020 to March 2021,60 elderly patients with esophageal cancer treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(neostigmine+atropine)and study group(sugammadex sodium injection).The observation indexes:operation condition,recovery time index,muscle relaxation recovery time and muscle relaxation residue.Results There was no significant difference in operation and anesthesia time,fluid input,intraoperative blood loss,urine excretion and anesthetic dosage between the two groups(P>0.05).The waiting time for extubation,the recovery time of consciousness,the recovery time of directional force and the first postoperative exhaust time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);However,there was no significant difference in the first defecation time between the groups(P>0.05).The recovery time of TOFr to 0.9 in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.The muscle relaxation residue was significantly lower than that in the control group 5 min and 15 min after muscle relaxation antagonist(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in muscle relaxation residue 30 min after muscle relaxation antagonist(P>0.05).Conclusion Sugammadex sodium injection has a significant effect on antagonizing postoperative residual muscle relaxant in elderly patients with esophageal cancer,reducing residual muscle relaxant and facilitating postoperative recovery.
