当代医学伦理学视野中的医疗职业伦理、生命伦理与健康伦理

摘　　要：古代医德思想主要是医者个体的职业美德和职业戒条。近现代医学伦理学主要关涉医界的行业规范。生命伦理学以生命医学技术的研究开发及其在临床上的应用引发的伦理问题为导向,探讨道德的社会应对措施。健康伦理学明确健康的价值地位,确立不同社会主体的健康道德责任。公共健康伦理学确立健康或卫生领域中的公共伦理。当代医学伦理学经历了古代医德学,近现代医学伦理学、生命伦理学、健康伦理学与公共健康伦理学的不同阶段,是对不同阶段医学伦理思想的继承和发展。当代医学伦理学有着医疗职业伦理、生命伦理与健康伦理的不同面向。The thought of ancient medical ethics mainly refers to doctor's individual professional virtues and professional code.The modern medical ethics focuses on professional norm of the whole medical field.Bioethics,which focuses on the ethical issues arising from the research and development of biomedical technology and its clinical application,explores the social responses of morality.Health ethics clarifies the value of heath,and establishes the health moral responsibility of different social subjects.Public health ethics establishes public morality in the field of health or hygiene.Different stages of contemporary medical ethics are labeled as:ancient medical ethics,modern medical ethics,bioethics,health ethics and public health ethics.Contemporary medical ethics is an inheritance and development of different stages of medical ethical thoughts,including different aspects of professional ethics,bioethics and health ethics.
