国内外健康伦理责任研究主题及主体研究的计量分析  

Bibliometric Analysis on the Research Topics and Responsibility Subjects of Health Ethical Responsibility at Home and Abroad

摘　　要：以VOSviewer软件为分析工具,对国内外健康伦理责任研究主题进行计量分析,形成可视化视图,以了解国内外健康伦理责任的研究热点和责任主体。结果表明,国内外健康伦理责任的研究主题基本一致,都包含公共健康伦理、医学伦理、生命伦理等主题,但国外的发文量多,发展速度快,研究内容丰富。国外侧重对个人责任主体的研究,国内侧重对政府责任主体的研究。我国健康伦理责任研究需要增加研究内容的多样性,促进研究方法的多元化,明确责任主体及责任范围。A bibliometric analysis of health ethical responsibility research topics is conducted by using VOSviewer.It aims to form visualization to understand the research hotspots and responsibility subjects of health ethical responsibility at home and abroad.The results show the research topics at home and abroad are consistent,including public health ethics,medical ethics,bioethics,etc.,however,there are a large number of foreign research papers,with greater efficiency and more sufficient contents.Foreign research focuses on the subject of individual responsibility,while domestic research focuses on the subject of government responsibility.Future research on health ethical responsibility in China needs diversified research contents,multiple research methods,clear responsibility subject,and clear scope of responsibility.
