摘 要:为顺应医学教育的创新发展趋势和大健康社会需求,在梳理医学跨专业教育的国内外发展现状,分析跨专业教育模式的优势与挑战基础上,提出了健康领域跨专业教育的模式,并进行初步的探索与实践。围绕健康养老和大学生创新创业教育两条主线,搭建跨专业教育创新平台,把握课程整合、组织创新和机构建设三个要素,在理念塑造、知识技能和社会实践等环节中融入医学多学科知识和人文素养,探究了医教协同的多主体协同育人机制。In order to comply with the innovative development trend of medical education and the needs of the general health society,this article proposes a model of interdisciplinary education in the health field on the basis of combing the development status of medical interdisciplinary education at home and abroad,analyzes the advantages and challenges of interdisciplinary education models,and conducts preliminary exploration and practice.Centering on two main lines of"Healthy Pension"and"Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education for College Students",the study builds an interdisciplinary education innovation platform,upholds three elements of curriculum integration,organizational innovation and institution construction,incorporates medical multidisciplinary knowledge and humanistic literacy into the terms of concept shaping,knowledge skills and social practice,and explores the multi-agent collaborative education mechanism of medical education collaboration.
