摘　　要：为了提高猴车运行效率、自动化水平,并降低猴车运行能耗,设计了一种猴车自动控制系统。该控制系统通过井下监控主站获取猴车沿线各类安全传感器信息,并依据上下人传感器监测信号对猴车是否有人员乘坐进行判定。当猴车沿线各设备均正常运行时,猴车保持自动运行,且当猴车上无人乘坐时猴车运行速度自动降低,从而达到降低能耗目的;当监测有人乘坐时则将猴车运行速度自动提升至额定值,从而实现人员快速运输。该自动控制系统可靠性较好,无需安排专人值守。In order to improve the efficiency and automation level of monkey car operation and reduce the energy consumption of monkey car operation,a monkey car automatic control system is designed.The control system obtains the information of various safety sensors along the monkey car through the main underground monitoring station,and determines whether the monkey car is occupied or not based on the monitoring signal of the upper and lower man sensors.When all the equipment along the monkey car is in normal operation,the monkey car keeps running automatically,and automatically reduces the running speed of the monkey car when no one is riding on the monkey car,so as to reduce energy consumption;when monitoring people riding on the monkey car,the running speed of the monkey car is increased to the rated value,so as to achieve rapid transportation of people.The reliability of the designed automatic control system is good,and there is no need to arrange a person to be on duty.
