茄子SmCOL5基因在花青素生物合成中的功能分析

摘  要:通过同源克隆的方法从茄子中分离出SmCOL5基因,并对其蛋白功能进行分析。结果表明:SmCOL5蛋白定位于细胞核中;SmCOL5蛋白可与组成型光形态建成SmCOP1蛋白互作,说明SmCOL5蛋白的功能受到光的调控;且SmCOL5蛋白能与花青素生物合成途径中重要的结构基因SmF3H、SmCHS的启动子结合。推测SmCOL5基因在接收到光受体信号后参与茄子花青素生物合成的调控途径。SmCOL5 gene was isolated from eggplant by homologous cloning,and its protein function was analyzed.The results showed that SmCOL5 protein was localized in the nucleus;Smcol5 protein could interact with constitutive photomorphogenesis SmCOP1 protein,indicating that the function of SmCOL5 protein was regulated by light;SmCOL5 protein could bind to the promoters of important structure genes SmF3H and SmCHS in anthocyanin biosynthesis pathway.It was speculated that SmCOL5 gene was involved in the regulation of anthocyanin biosynthesis in eggplant after receiving photoreceptor signal.
