摘 要:济南凤凰黄河大桥主桥为三塔六跨组合梁自锚式悬索桥,跨径布置为(70+168+428+428+168+70)m。主桥采用半飘浮体系,塔、梁之间设纵、横向阻尼器和竖向支座。辅助墩、桥塔处加劲梁内设置混凝土压重,以平衡主缆竖向力及结构总体偏载效应。加劲梁采用钢-混组合梁,全宽61.7 m,梁高4.0 m。钢梁采用闭口钢箱梁,外设挑臂;在机动车道及缆吊区采用正交异性钢桥面上铺设厚120 mm C60纤维钢筋混凝土层的组合桥面。2根主缆采用镀锌铝合金平行钢丝,中跨垂跨比1/6.15,索股在锚固区按长方形排布。吊索根据需要采用柔性吊索、刚性吊索及中央扣3种形式。桥塔采用A形塔,中塔高126 m,边塔高116.1 m,塔柱采用五边形断面,均为上部钢结构、下部钢-混组合结构混合塔。桥塔采用整体式基础,矩形承台,下设35根∅2.0 m钻孔灌注桩。边墩、辅助墩采用六边形分离式墩,钻孔灌注桩基础。The main bridge of Fenghuang Yellow River Bridge in Jinan is a three-tower suspension bridge with six spans of 70,168,428,428,168 and 70 m.The towers and the stiffening girder are not fixed,with longitudinal and transverse dampers and vertical bearings in between,thereby creating a semi-floating system.Concrete counterweights are filled in the auxiliary piers and the stiffening girder at the towers to balance the vertical force of the main cables as well as the global eccentricity effect on the structure.The stiffening girder is a steel-concrete composite structure that measures 61.7 m in full width and 4.0 m in depth.The steel stiffening girder consists of closed steel boxes and the extended cantilevers,the portion of the deck carries vehicle lanes and hanger cable anchor stripes is formed of the orthotropic steel plates and 120 mm-thick C60 fiber-reinforced concrete pavement.The two main cables are composed of parallel zinc-aluminum alloy coated parallel steel wires,with a sag-to-span ratio of 1/6.15,in the anchorage zone,the steel wires are rowed in a rectangle.To meet varying requirements,the flexible and rigid hanger cables and the central buckles are applied accordingly.The towers are A-shaped hybrid structures consisting of steel and steel-concrete columns of pentagon cross-section.The central tower rises 126 m high,and the two side towers rise 116.1 m high.The towers are mounted on rectangular pile caps each supported on 35,2 m-diameter bored piles.The side and auxiliary piers are hexagonal separated piers that are supported by bored pile foundations.
