摘　　要：鉴于采煤机正常运行时由于油齿轮箱、行走部和截割部等对润滑和散热的要求非常高,如果润滑条件不佳将极易导致机械故障,基于采煤机的液压油润滑工艺和齿轮油润滑工艺,分析采煤机齿轮箱、行走部和截割部等关键部位的润滑技术,以及润滑效果。In view of the high requirements for lubrication and heat dissipation of oil gearbox, walking part and cutting part during normal operation of shearer, if the lubrication conditions are poor, it will easily lead to mechanical failure.Based on the hydraulic oil lubrication process and gear oil lubrication process of shearer, the lubrication technology and lubrication effect of key parts such as gearbox, walking part and cutting part of shearer are analyzed.
