摘 要:特高压硫酰氟(SO2F2)气体作为气体绝缘全封闭组合电器(GIS)气室中六氟化硫(SF6)分解产物的特征组分,对其进行检测分析可实现GIS设备的早期潜伏性故障识别。搭建光程池温度、压强可调的傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱仪(FTIR)系统,利用FTIR实验及HITRAN数据库得到的吸收谱线参数,对SO2F2气体的红外吸收谱线及其交叉干扰特性进行分析,选取中心波长2763 cm^(-1)位置作为SO2F2气体的特征吸收峰,并对SO2F2在该波段位置附近受温度和压强影响的红外吸收特性进行研究。结果表明:HITRAN数据库模拟仿真红外光谱与实验数据吻合较好;当压强在50~300 k Pa范围内变化时,SO2F2气体在2710~2810 cm^(-1)波数范围内的峰值吸收系数随着压强的增加而增大,2763 cm^(-1)位置吸收系数随压强的变化率为0.0024 cm^(-1)/k Pa,增加压强可以提高气体检测灵敏度;当温度在298~338 K范围内变化时,SO2F2气体在2710~2810 cm^(-1)波数范围内的峰值吸收系数随着温度的升高而减小,2763 cm^(-1)位置吸收系数随压强的变化率为0.002 cm^(-1)/K。分析结果对GIS设备故障SF6分解产物SO2F2的红外光学检测技术研究具有重要意义。The detection analysis of ultra-high voltage sulfuryl fluoride(SO2F2)gas,as the characteristic component of decomposition product of sulfur hexafluoride(SF6)in the gas compartment of gas insulated switch-gear(GIS),can realize the early latent fault identification of GIS equipment.A Fourier transform infrared absorption spectrometer(FTIR)system with adjustable optical path cell temperature and intensity of pressure is set up.The infrared absorption spectrum of SO2F2 gas and its cross-interference characteristics are analyzed by using the absorption spectrum parameters obtained from FTIR experiment and HITRAN database.The center wavelength of 2763 cm^(-1)is picked as the characteristic absorption peak of SO2F2gas and the infrared absorption characteristics of SO2F2affected by temperature and pressure near this band are studied.The results show that the infrared spectra simulated by HITRAN database is in good agreement with the experimental data.When the intensity of pressure changes in the range of 50~300 k Pa,the peak absorption coefficient of SO2F2gas in the wave number range of 2710~2810 cm^(-1)increases with the increase of intensity of pressure,and the change rate of absorption coefficient at 2763 cm^(-1)with the intensity of pressure is 0.0024 cm^(-1)/k Pa.Increasing the intensity of pressure can improve the gas detection sensitivity.When the temperature changes in the range of 298~338 K,the peak absorption coefficient of SO2F2 gas in the wave number range of 2710~2810 cm^(-1)decreases with the increase of temperature,and the change rate of absorption coefficient at 2763 cm^(-1)with intensity of pressure is 0.002 cm^(-1)/K.The analysis results are of great significance for research of infrared optical detection technology of SF6 decomposition product SO2F2 of GIS equipment fault.
