摘 要:目的:考察蒙古黄芪Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus不同部位总黄酮含量和抗氧化活性的差异,为黄芪地上部分开发利用提供理论依据。方法:采用无水乙醇浸提,结合加热和超声辅助法提取黄芪根、茎和叶中总黄酮。采用NaNO_(2)⁃Al(NO_(3))_(3)比色法,以芦丁为对照品,对不同部位总黄酮进行含量测定。以其对羟基自由基和超氧阴离子自由基清除能力来分析不同部位总黄酮提取液的体外抗氧化活性。结果:黄芪根、茎和叶中总黄酮含量差异显著,分别为4.89、5.41、7.73 mg/g。蒙古黄芪不同部位黄酮提取液对羟基自由基和超氧阴离子的清除能力存在差异,清除率由强到弱依次为叶、茎、根。结论:蒙古黄芪不同部位的总黄酮含量从高到低分别为叶、茎、根。黄芪不同部位所含总黄酮均有较强的抗氧化能力。该结果表明黄芪的叶和茎可作为药用资源进一步开发利用。Objective:To investigate the differences of total flavonoids content and antioxidant activities in different parts of Astrag⁃alus membranaceus var.mongholicus,in order to provide theoretical grounds for the development and utilization of aboveground parts of Astragali Radix.Methods:Total flavonoids were extracted from the roots,stems and leaves of Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus by using anhydrous ethanol extraction,combined with heating and ultrasonic assisted method.NaNO_(2)⁃Al(NO_(3))_(3 )colorimetric method was used to determine the total flavonoids content in different parts with rutin as the control substance.The antioxidant activities of total flavonoids extracts from different parts in vitro were analyzed by using the scavenging ability of hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical.Results:The total flavonoids contents in roots,stems and leaves of Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus were significantly different,which were 4.89,5.41 and 7.73 mg/g,respectively.The scavenging ability of flavonoids extracts from different parts of As⁃tragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus on hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion was different,and the clearance rate from strong to weak was leaves,stems and roots.Conclusion:The content of total flavonoids in different parts of Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus are leaves,stems and roots from high to low.The total flavonoids in different parts of Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus has strong antioxidant capacity.The results show that the leaves and stems of Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus can be further exploited and utilized as medicinal resources.
