摘 要:[目的]制备一种分散性好、悬浮率高、持效期长的阿维菌素可湿性粉剂。[方法]以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯接枝羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-g-PMMA)为载体,负载阿维菌素。[结果]可湿性粉剂再分散于水中呈现为平均粒径约为115 nm的球体;悬浮液的粒径和PDI小,分散性好,Zeta电位绝对值大于50 mV,有利于体系的稳定贮存;CMC-g-PMMA提高了AVM的抗紫外性能,AVM原药在经过60 min的强光照后,有效成分仅剩余11%,而被封装于CMC-g-PMMA中的AVM仍有25%;药物释放符合First-order和Logistic模型。[结论]这种新型的阿维菌素可湿性粉剂分散性好、持效期长,有望为提高农药有效利用率做出贡献。[Aims] The study aims to prepare a wettable avermectin powder with good dispersibility, high suspension rate and long duration of efficacy. [Methods] Using sodium carboxymethyl cellulose grafted from methyl methacrylate(CMC-g-PMMA) as the carrier, avermectin was supported. [Results] The particle size and PDI of the suspension were small,the dispersion was good, and the absolute value of Zeta potential was greater than 50 mV, which was contribute to the stable storage of the system. CMC-g-PMMA improved the ultraviolet resistance of AVM. After 60 minutes of intense illumination, only 11% of AVM remained, while 25% of the AVM encapsulated in CMC-g-PMMA remained. Drug release was consistent with First-Order and Logistic models. [Conclusions] This new type of Avermectin wettable powder has good dispersibility and long duration, which is expected to contribute to improving the effective utilization rate of pesticides.
