摘 要:[目的]研究烟碱类杀虫剂烯啶虫胺对中红侧沟茧蜂的毒性。[方法]采用管测药膜法测定烯啶虫胺对成蜂的急性毒性及安全性评价、成蜂体内2种酶活性影响;采用茧浸渍法和管测药膜法测定3种亚致死浓度(LC_(20)、LC_(15)、LC_(10))的亚致死效应。[结果]药后24、48 h烯啶虫胺对中红侧沟茧蜂的LC50值为0.04、0.03 mg/L;处理后的成峰寿命、羽化率、寄生率、成蜂体质量较对照组有所降低,LC_(10)处理组的羽化率、寄生率分别降低了33.34%、19.00%,LC_(15)、LC_(10)处理组相较对照组分别激活了8.8%、1.8%的SOD酶活性,LC_(10)处理组激活了0.5%CAT酶活性。[结论]烯啶虫胺对中红侧沟茧蜂毒性高,对成蜂寿命、雌雄比例、SOD、CAT酶活性均有不同程度的影响。因此要在田间合理使用烯啶虫胺,更好的保护天敌昆虫中红侧沟茧蜂,让生物防治和化学防治结合的防治效果最大优化。[Aims] This paper aims to study the toxicity of nitenpyram, a nicotinic insecticide, to Microplitis mediator.[Methods] The acute toxicity and safety evaluation of nitenpyram to adult wasps and the effects of two kinds of enzyme activities in adult wasps were determined by tube test film method;the sublethal effects of three sublethal concentrations(LC_(20), LC_(15), LC_(10)) were determined by cocoon immersion method and tube test film method. [Results] The LC50 values of nitenpyram at 24 and 48 h were 0.04 and 0.03 mg/L. The peak life span, eclosion rate, parasitism rate and adult body weight of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group. The emergence rate and parasitism rate of LC_(10) treatment group decreased by 33.34 and 19.00% respectively. Compared with the control group, LC_(15) and LC_(10) treatment groups activated SOD activity by 8.8 and 1.8% respectively, and LC_(10) treatment group activated CAT activity by 0.5%. [Conclusions] The toxicity of ethidimides to the middle red side cocoon is high, and it has different effects on the life span, male and female ratio, SOD and CAT enzyme activities of the M. mediator. Therefore, it is necessary to use ethidimidamide reasonably in the field, and better to protect the natural enemies of the M. mediator,and optimize the control effect of biological control and chemical control.
