摘  要:在国家重视和加强民族地区理科教育的政策背景和民族地区“理科薄弱”问题的现实诉求下,对西藏及涉藏工作重点省中学的理科教育现状进行全面调查,深入分析民族地区中学理科教育存在的问题和影响因素,有着重要的现实意义。通过调查研究,利用结构方程模型,发现教学条件、教师素养、学生语言对学生理科学习方式有直接正向影响,且影响程度依次减小;家庭环境对学生理科学习具有间接影响。在理论探讨和实证研究基础上提出提升民族地区中学理科教育质量的政策建议和实践对策,主要包括落实好国家有关民族地区理科教育的相关政策、建构西藏及涉藏工作重点省中学理科师资培养培训一体化体系、改革中学理科教学运行管理体制、加强国家通用语言文字教学等。Amid China’s policy of focusing on strengthening the science education and the realistic demands of solving the problem of weak science in ethnic area,it is of great practical significance to investigate the current situation of science education in middle schools in Tibet-related provinces(regions)in China and analyze the problems existing in science education in middle schools in ethnic minority areas and to explore the various factors affecting science education in middle schools in ethnic minority areas.By adopting structural equation model and other investigations,it is found that teaching conditions,teachers’quality and students’language have a direct positive influence on students’learning style,and the degree of influence decreases successively;additionally,family environment also has some potential influence on students’learning.On the basis of theoretical discussion and empirical research,this paper puts forward some suggestions to enhance the quality of science education in middle schools in ethnic minority areas,including implementing relevant national policies on science education in ethnic minority areas,constructing an integrated system of training science teachers in middle schools in Tibet and key Tibet-related provinces,reforming the operation and management system of science teaching in middle schools,as well as strengthening the teaching of national common language and characters.
