摘 要:选择水葱(Scirpus validus)、芦苇(Phragmites australis)、香蒲(Typha orientalis)和头状穗莎草(Cyperus glomeratus Linn.)4种湿地植物,设置不同浓度煤矿老窑水进行盆栽实验,探讨4种植物对煤矿老窑水污染土壤中重金属的富集能力。结果表明:4种植物对重金属Mn、Zn都有一定的富集和转移能力,但不同植物对不同重金属的富集转移效果不同,Mn的富集转移效果优于Zn,Mn更多存储于植物地上部分而Zn更多存储于植物根部。对煤矿老窑水污染的土壤,水葱的重金属富集转移效果优于其他3种植物。Four kinds of wetland plants,Scirpus validus,Phragmites australis,Typha orientalis and Cyperus glomeratus Linn.,were selected to set up pot experiments with different concentrations of acid mine drainage to explore the accumulation ability of four kinds of plants to heavy metals in the polluted soil.The results showed that the four kinds of plants had the ability to accumulate and transfer heavy metals Mn and Zn,but different plants had different accumulation and transfer effects on different heavy metals.The accumulation and transfer effect of Mn was better than that of Zn.Most of Mn was stored in the aboveground part of plants and Zn in the root of plants.For the soil polluted by acid mine drainage,the heavy metal accumulation and transfer ability of Scirpus validus was better than that of the other three kinds of plants.
