摘 要:以吡啶为唯一碳源,从海洋高盐环境中筛选耐盐高效吡啶降解菌并对其降解特性进行研究。结果表明:分离得到以吡啶为唯一碳源的菌株H21,经鉴定该菌株为高山芽孢杆菌(Bacillus altitudinis),其生长最适温度为35℃、最适pH为7.0、最适盐度(以NaCl质量分数计)为1.0%,最高耐受8.0%的盐度;菌株H21对吡啶降解的最适温度为30~35℃、最适盐度为0.5%~1.0%,在5.0%盐度或50℃下仍具有50%左右的吡啶降解率;乙酸钠明显促进菌株H21对吡啶的降解;驯化可明显提高菌株H21对高浓度吡啶的耐受性,其降解能力可稳定遗传。With pyridine as the sole carbon source,high efficient pyridine-degrading halotolerant bacterial strain was screened from the high-salt environment of the ocean and its degradation characteristics were studied.The results showed that the strain H21 with pyridine as the sole carbon source was isolated and identified as Bacillus altitudinis.The optimum growth conditions of strain H21 were 35℃,pH 7.0 and salinity(calculated by mass fraction of NaCl)1.0%with the highest tolerance to salinity of 8.0%.The optimum pyridine degradation conditions were 30-35℃,salinity 0.5%-1.0%.Pyridine degradation rate of about 50%was monitored when the salinity up to 5.0%or at a high temperature of 50℃.The degradation effect could be obviously promoted by sodium acetate.Domestication could significantly improve the tolerance of strain to high concentration of pyridine,and the degradation ablilty could be stably inherited.
