摘 要:针对职业教育在人才培养过程中专业课程与实训内容陈旧、学生技术技能欠缺、学生综合素养不足等问题,分析问题产生的根源,以技能竞赛为引领,竞赛资源转化以"六度"为原则,构建"三库三平台",推行"课课有项目,个个能实践,人人可以学,环环有考核"的四位一体教学理念与"一计划、一活动、一分享、一考核"的管理机制。营造了良好的学习氛围,激发了学生学习的积极性,提升了学生的技术技能与综合素养,并将资源转化前后学生在考证、参赛、就业等方面的情况进行了数据对比。对比结果表明:该人才培养理念造就的技术技能人才与企业岗位需求更契合,更满足产业经济发展的需要,为职教本科培育高层次技术技能人才提供了思路。In view of the problems that courses for vocational education in the process of talent training and training content are old;the students lack technical skills;students’ comprehensive quality is lack, analyze the root causes of the problems. Under the guidance of skill competition, the transformation of competition resources is guided by the principle of "six dimensions", and the "three databases and three platforms" are constructed. The four-in-one teaching concept of "classes have projects;everyone can practice;everyone can learn;and every link has assessment" and the management mechanism of "one plan, one activity, one sharing and one assessment" are carried out. Create a good learning atmosphere, to stimulate the initiative of the students’ learning, and improve the technical skills and comprehensive qualities of students. The data of the students before and after the resource transformation are compared in the aspects of certificate examination, competition, employment, etc. The comparison results show that the technical and skilled talents created by the talent cultivation concept are more in line with the job demands of enterprises, and can better meet the needs of industrial economic development, which provides ideas for vocational undergraduate education to cultivate high-level technical and skilled talents.
