摘  要:针对当前营销渠道管理课程教学中存在的问题,以成果导向课程开发建设为主线,通过对课程建设水平提升有效途径的研究与实践,进行了课程开发过程中的核心能力权重、课程描述、教学目标以及成果导向教学与传统教学的对比分析,提出了切实可行的课程单元教学活动设计、教学实施和评量要求,同时对教学改革中存在的问题进行了剖析,并提出解决办法。实践证明,经过成果导向课程教学改革,真正实现了以学生为中心,学生课堂表现积极,主动学习意识增强,技能水平稳步提升,成效显著。In view of the problems existing in the teaching of marketing channel management course at present, taking the development and construction of outcome-based education course as the main line, through the research and practice of the effective ways to improve the level of course construction, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the weight of core competence, course description, teaching goal and outcome-based education teaching and traditional teaching in the process of course development. This paper puts forward some feasible requirements for the design, implementation and evaluation of the teaching activities of the course units, analyzes the existing problems in the teaching reform and puts forward solutions. The practice has proved that through the teaching reform of the outcome-based education course, it has truly realized student-centered;the students are active in classroom;the awareness of active learning is enhanced;the skill level is steadily improved;the effect is remarkable.
