摘  要:目的探索功能磁共振成像(fMRI)在伴中央颞区棘波良性癫痫(BECTS)儿童认知功能损害中的价值。方法选取BECTS和健康对照组各35例,行韦氏儿童智力测验和fMRI,分析其智商和低频振幅(ALFF)异常脑区。结果实验组语言智商低于对照组,操作智商无明显差异。实验组左侧中央后回、下角后区、颞中回、枕中回ALFF值高于对照组;双额眶区ALFF值低于对照组。结论 BECTS儿童存在认知损害,上述脑区ALFF改变可能是导致BECTS发生及认知损害的脑功能机制。Objective To explore the value of resting functional magnetic resonance in cognitive impairment of BECTS patients. Methods 35 patients were regarded as experimental group and 35 healthy children were identified as healthy controls.Both groups were testedby the Wechler Child Intelligence test and scanned from magnetic resonmance imaging(MRI),to explore the abnormal low-frequency amplitudeof brain areas and IQin both groups. Results The language IQ of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, but there was no significant difference in the operational IQ.The low-frequency amplitude values of the left posterior central gyrus, posterior inferior horn area, middle of temporal gyrus, middle of occipital gyrus in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group;The ALFF value of bilateral frontal and orbital regions was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion Cognitive impairment has already occurred in children with BECTS,and ALFF in the above brain regions probably related to the brain functional mechanism and cognitive impairmentof BECTS.
