摘　　要：目的探讨缺血性结肠炎(IC)患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和血小板衍生内皮细胞生长因子(PD-ECGF)的表达。方法采用ELISA法检测34例IC患者在发病后第1、3、7天时血清VEGF、PD-ECGF水平,采用免疫组化检测发病初期和恢复期时结肠组织VEGF、PD-ECGF阳性指数以及微血管密度(MVD)。采用Spearman相关性分析结肠病变组织MVD与VEGF和PD-ECGF表达的相关性。结果发病后第3天,血清VEGF和PD-ECGF水平较发病后第1天升高(P<0.05);发病后第7天血清VEGF和PD-ECGF水平较发病后第3天下降(P<0.05)。发病初期结肠病变组织VEGF和PD-ECGF阳性指数以及MVD较正常组织升高(P<0.05);恢复期结肠病变组织VEGF和PD-ECGF阳性指数以及MVD较发病初期降低(P<0.05)。IC患者结肠病变组织MVD与VEGF和PD-ECGF阳性指数呈正相关(rs=0.847和0.838,P<0.05)。结论 IC患者VEGF、PD-ECGF的表达在发病初期升高,恢复期下降,且与结肠黏膜微血管增生密切相关。Objective To investigate the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and platelet-derived endothelial cell growth factor(PD-ECGF) in the patients with ischemic colitis(IC).Methods Serum levels of VEGF and PD-ECGF were measured in 34 IC patients by ELISA on the 1st,3rd and 7th day after the onset.The positive indexes of VEGF and PD-ECGF and the microvessel density(MVD) of the colonic tissues were detected during initial phase and recovery phase by immunohistochemistry.The relationship of MVD with VEGF and PD-ECGF in colonic lesion was analyzed by Spearman analysis.Results Serum levels of VEGF and PD-ECGF on the 3rd day after the onset were higher than those on the 1st day, which were lower on the 7th day than those on the 3rd day(P<0.05).The positive indexes of VEGF and PD-ECGF and MVD were higher in colonic lesion tissues than those in normal tissues, which were lower during recovery phase than those during initial phase(P<0.05).The MVD was positively correlated to the positive indexes of VEGF and PD-ECGF(rs=0.847 and 0.838,P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of VEGF and PD-ECGF in the patients with IC are increased during initial phase and decreased during recovery phase, which are closely related to the colonic mucosal microangiogenesis.
