农科“433”实践育人模式探索与思考——以旱作栽培与作物生态山西省重点创新团队的实践为例

摘  要:立足本科生实践育人,依托旱作栽培与作物生态山西省重点创新团队,探索总结本团队科研训练本科生的实践育人模式,真正实现培养大学生的科学素养、动手能力和创新能力,为国家不断输送高质量的应用型人才。总结了山西农业大学农学院旱作栽培与作物生态团队多年来开展科研训练的具体做法,提出了"433"实践育人模式:"4"为四阶段的科研训练过程,即基地实践的体验阶段、理论知识的强化阶段、再实践的验证阶段、综合能力的提升阶段;第一个"3"为"三维度"科研训练评价,即:兴趣态度评价、创新能力评价、科研潜能评价;第二个"3"为三层次的运行与保障机制,即:搭建良好的科研平台、完善平台开放制度,构建阶梯式指导团队、制定各级责任制度,营造浓厚的科研氛围、建立评价激励制度。该模式进一步推广可从4方面入手:保证科研资源开放、增强学科交叉学习;减少公共理论课时、增加实际操作课时;提升方向带头人能力、增强青年教师责任;开展研学旅行活动、提升学生核心素养。Based on the practice of undergraduate education, relying on Shanxi key innovation team of dry farming and crop ecology, this paper explores and summarizes the practical education model of undergraduate students in scientific research and training, to truly achieve the cultivation of college students′ scientific literacy, hands-on ability and innovation ability, to continuously transport high-quality applied talents for the country.This paper summarizes the practice of scientific research and training carried out by the team of dry farming and crop ecology in the College of Agriculture of Shanxi Agricultural University for many years and puts forward the “433” practical education model.“4” is a four-stage scientific research and training process, namely: the experience stage of base practice, the strengthening stage of theoretical knowledge, the verification stage of practice and the promotion stage of comprehensive ability;“3” is “3 D degree ”scientific research training evaluation, namely: interest attitude evaluation, innovation ability evaluation, scientific research potential evaluation;“3” is a three-level operation and guarantee mechanism, that is: build a good scientific research platform, improve the platform open system, build a step-by-step guidance team, formulate responsibility system at all levels, create a strong scientific research atmosphere, and establish an evaluation incentive system.The implementation of this model can be further popularized from four aspects: ensuring the opening of scientific research resources and enhancing interdisciplinary learning;reducing public theory class hours and increasing practical operation class hours;improving the ability of direction leaders and enhancing the responsibility of young teachers;and carrying out research travel activities and improving students′ core literacy.
