摘  要:新农科发展背景之下必然需要推动教材的创新与发展。以全国高等农业教育精品课程资源建设中新形态教材《畜产品加工学》建设为例,探讨了教材分析的具体实施步骤,进而明确新形态教材建设的目的,以及新形态教材建设应该坚持的目标性、交互性、融合性、需求性等四条原则。在此基础之上,通过出了在新形态教材建设过程中应该关注的四个重点内容,以期促成新农科建设的有效落实,最终助力农业特色世界一流大学的建设。Under the background of new agricultural science, it is necessary to promote the innovation and development of new form textbooks.This article takes the example of new form textbook construction “Animal Products Processing” from the National Higher Agricultural Education Quality Course Construction, discusses the specific implement steps of textbook analysis, then specifies the purpose as well as the four principles of objection: goal-orientation, interaction, integration, and requirements, which should be stuck at during the process of new form textbook construction.Based on this, there are four key points proposed on the construction of new form textbooks, which is hoped to promote the effective implementation of new agricultural science construction and would ultimately facilitate the construction of world-class universities of agricultural characteristics.
