摘 要:当前,研究生与导师的矛盾和冲突越来越多见,冲突的产生对学生和导师都有极大伤害,引起社会各界的广泛关注。近年来,教育主管部门也下发了不少政策文件,试图规范教师行为与师生关系,但是效果并没有达到人们预期。导师与研究生之间的矛盾类型比较多样化,需要从头梳理分析并开展研究。从导师制在我国的源起出发,分析了导师与学生不同地位角色的现状,从导生矛盾冲突的表现、分类及成因三个方面进行了探讨,最后从师生关系内涵的伦理原则、进一步完善导师制、积极及时干预并打通一条有效的维权与救济通道等方面提出相关建议,以构建和谐的导生关系。At present, it is becoming increasingly common for contradictions and conflicts between graduate students and tutors.The occurrence of conflicts has caused great harm to students and tutors and has attracted widespread attention from all walks of life.In recent years, the education authorities have issued many policy documents and made attempt to regulate teacher behavior and teacher-student relations but have reached no expected effect.The types of contradictions between tutors and graduate students are relatively diverse and need to be sifted through from the beginning and researched.Starting from the origin of the tutor system in our country, this paper analyzes the status quo of the roles of tutors and students in different positions, discusses the conflicts between tutors and students in three aspects: manifestation, classification and causes, finally puts forward relevant suggestions, to build a harmonious relationship between students and tutors, on the aspects of ethical principles of the connotation of the teacher-student relationship, further improvement of the mentor system, active timely intervention, and opening up an effective channel for legal rights protection and relief.
