补益气血中药对气血亏虚型亚健康女性月经周期舌象图像指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药复方阿胶浆对亚健康气血亏虚型女性月经周期舌象图像指标的影响。方法:通过量表法、专家判读筛选亚健康状态气血亏虚型女大学生32例,于月经周期第8天服用补益气血剂复方阿胶浆21d,分别检测月经周期第3、7、14、21、28天舌象图像,进行舌象图像指标分析。结果:服药后不同时间点舌质、舌苔a、S值均较服药前明显增高,舌质I、L值显著降低;从趋势变化而言,与月经第3天比较,舌质、舌苔a、S值于月经周期第14、21天增高较显著(P<0.05),舌质、舌苔b值在月经周期第14天增高较显著(P<0.05)。结论:补益气血中药对亚健康状态气血亏虚型女性舌象图像指标有影响,舌象客观指标应用于中药干预亚健康状态疗效评价具有可行性;月经周期可能对舌象客观指标有影响。Objective: To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine compound ass hide glue syrup on the tongue image indexes of menstrual cycle in women with sub-health state of qi and blood deficiency. Methods: A total of 32 cases of sub-health female college students with deficiency of qi and blood were selected through expert judgment. They were given compound ass hide glue syrup on the 8 th day of menstrual cycle for 21 days. The tongue images on the 3 rd, 7 th, 14 th, 21 st and 28 th day of menstrual cycle were detected and analyzed. Results: The a and S values of tongue quality and tongue coating at different time points after taking the medicine were significantly higher than those before taking the medicine, and the I and L values of tongue quality were significantly lower than those before taking the medicine. In terms of trend change, compared with the 3 rd day of menstrual cycle, the a and S values of tongue quality and tongue coating increased significantly on the 14 th and 21 st day of the menstrual cycle, and the b values of tongue quality and tongue coating increased significantly on the 14 th day of the menstrual cycle(P<0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying qi and blood has influence on the tongue image indexes of women with deficiency of qi and blood in sub-health state. It is feasible to apply the objective indexes of tongue image to evaluate the curative effect of TCM sub-health state. Menstrual cycle may have influence on the objective indexes of tongue image.
