摘　　要：通法源自《黄帝内经》,是在"通"的中医临床思想与治则指导下的治法。后世医家多认为使机体达到"通"的状态——一气周流,即阴阳五行相通、气血脏腑相通是治疗的最终目标。范冠杰立足于中医基础理论与中医经典,在总结施今墨、秦伯未、吕仁和等学术思想及多年自身临床经验的基础上,创造性地提出"动-定序贯八法",将通法的思想融入在"清、利、疏、活"的治法之中。The dredging therapy, derived from the Huangdi Neijing, is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine clinical thought and rule, namely a method of treatment under the guidance of ‘Tong’. Later generations of Chinese medical doctors believed that the treatment goal was to bring the body into a state of ‘communication’: the communication of yin, yang, and the five elements, the communication of qi, blood, and viscera. Based on the basic theories of TCM and TCM classics, professor FAN Guan-jie creatively proposed the ‘variable-stable and sequential eight methods’ by summarizing the academic thoughts of SHI Jinmo, QIN Bo-wei, LYU Ren-he and many years of his own clinical experience. The idea of dredging therapy is integrated into the methods of ‘clearing heat, removing dampness, soothing-liver regulating qi, activating blood and dissolving stasis’.
