摘  要:肺癌的肿瘤炎症微环境在其发生、发展和转移中发挥重要作用,而肿瘤相关巨噬细胞是肺癌炎症微环境的重要组成部分,它受肺癌的肿瘤炎症微环境中所充斥的各类炎症细胞因子的影响可分化成M1型和M2型两类独特的功能表型,进而对肺癌肿瘤血管生成、细胞增殖、转移和抑制细胞凋亡等进程产生直接或间接的影响。肺癌是一种发病率和病死率最高的恶性肿瘤,截至目前,肺癌的临床疗效仍不尽满意。文章通过查阅现有的与肠源性内毒素对肺癌巨噬细胞极化影响相关的研究报道,总结并提炼其主要学术观点,以期通过现有的研究成果为基于肺癌肿瘤炎症微环境作为肺癌靶向治疗的新方向提供借鉴的同时,丰富和延伸基于中医"肺与大肠相表里"治则治法的内涵,为今后实现临床肺癌治疗方案的优化、提高患者的生活质量并延长生存期做一有益展望。The tumor inflammatory micro-environment of lung cancer plays an important role in its occurrence,development and metastasis, while the tumor-related macrophages of lung cancer are important members of its inflammatory micro-environment, and the influence of various inflammatory cytokines that are flooded by the tumor inflammatory microenvironment of lung cancer can be differentiated into M1 and M2 types. Meanwhile, it has a direct or indirect effect on the processes of blood vessel production, cell proliferation, metastasis and inhibition of apoptosis in lung cancer. Lung cancer is a malignant tumor with the highest incidence and mortality rate. By reviewing the existing research reports related to the effects of intestinal endotoxin on the polarization of lung cancer macrophages, this paper summarizes and refines its main academic views,thus to provide reference for the new direction of lung cancer-based tumor inflammatory micro-environment as a target treatment for lung cancer through the current researchs, while enriching and extending the TCM basic theory: ‘lung and large intestine table’.The connotation of the treatment method makes a useful prospect for the future to realize the optimization of clinical lung cancer treatment plan, improve the quality of life of patients and prolong the survival.
