摘  要:目的:探究大学生运动强度及静坐时间与中医体质的关系。方法:问卷调查法获得有效样本494例。运动强度和静坐时间由国际体力活动问卷(IPAQ)短卷评价,由中医体质量表-41条目简短版(CCMQ-41)获得9种中医体质得分。结果:(1)高、中、低不同运动强度分组中,平和质、阳虚质、痰湿质、湿热质得分组间有显著差异(P<0.05);高、中、低不同静坐强度分组中,各偏颇体质(气郁质除外)得分组间有统计学显著差异(P<0.05)。(2)相关性分析结果显示,运动强度与平和质正相关,与阳虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质、湿热质、血瘀质呈负相关;静坐时间与平和质呈负相关,与偏颇体质(气郁质除外)呈正相关。(3)多元线性回归模型显示,模型1中运动强度负向影响痰湿质(b’=-0.15)、湿热质(b’=-0.13)(P<0.05),模型2中静坐时间正向影响除气郁质外偏颇体质(b’=0.10~0.18)(P<0.05),模型3中运动强度和静坐时间对体质影响的b’值较模型1、模型2降低。结论:运动强度促进体质平和,静坐不利于体质平和;运动可减弱静坐对体质的不利影响,建议通过提高运动强度,减少静坐时间来达到改善大学生中医体质健康的目的。Objective: Explore the relationship among the exercise intensity of college students, sitting duration and TCM constitution. Methods: A total of 494 valid samples were obtained by the questionnaire survey method. Exercise intensity and sitting duration are scaled by the International Evaluation Questionnaire(IPAQ). Deduced form the 41-item short version of Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire(CCMQ-41), we obtain nine kinds of TCM constitution score.Results:(1)The physique scores of gentlness quality, yang deficiency quality, phlegm-dampness quality and damp-heat quality were significantly different among the groups of high, medium, and low exercise intensity(P<0.05), and the physique scores of biased physique(except qi depression quality) were significantly different among the groups of high, medium, and low meditation intensity(P<0.05).(2)The results of correlation analysis shows that exercise intensity is positively correlated with peace and quality, and negatively correlated with yang deficiency quality, yin deficiency quality, phlegm-dampness quality,damp-heat quality and blood stasis biased quality. While sitting time is negatively correlated with peace and quality, and negatively correlated with biased physique(except qi depression quality).(3)The multiple linear regression model shows that,in Model 1, exercise intensity negatively affects phlegm-dampness quality(b’=-0.15), damp-heat quality(b’=-0.13)(P<0.05),and in Model 2, the sitting duration positively affects the biased physique(b’=0.10~0.18)(P<0.05) except for qi depression.in Model 3, exercise intensity and sitting duration are included as independent variables. The b’ value of the influence of time on physical fitness is lower than that in Model 1 and Model 2. Conclusion: Exercise intensity promotes physical peace, while sitting duration has negative effect of physical peace.
