摘 要:为维护交通环境的可持续发展和降低机动车的尾气排放,采用系统建模和仿真技术,提出了一种基于交通环境的单交叉口信号配时优化模型。根据机动车尾气排放的污染物特性,确定了信号配时延误函数计算方式,设计了基于交通环境信号配时优化目标和环境质量约束条件,根据韦伯斯特配时法构建了单交叉口信号配时数学模型,并以广州大学城某交叉口为例进行了仿真模型有效性验证。结果表明:相较于现行信号配时方案,新的最优方案可减少55.20%的尾气排放量和55.20%的平均延误时间;仿真测试中,新的优化方案4个进口相位可分别降低60.63%、46.20%、41.14%和35.95%的平均延误时间。In order to achieve sustainable development of traffic environment and reduce exhaust emissions,a signal timing optimization model for single intersections based on traffic environment is proposed through the system modelling and simulation technology.According to the characteristics of the pollutants emitted by motor vehicle,the signal timing delay function is formulated.Optimal object of signal timing and constraint condition of environmental quality based on the traffic environment are designed.Then,the signal timing model for single intersections is developed based on the Webster signal timing algorithm.An intersection in Guangzhou Higher Education Area is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the simulation model.The results show that,comparing to the current signal timing plan,the new optimal plan can provide with a reduction of 55.20%individually in the CO emission and average waiting time.Regarding the simulation tests,the optimal plan of four phasescan singly reduce the average waiting time by 60.63%,46.20%,41.14%and 35.95%.
