摘 要:以无水四氯化锡和九水合硝酸铁为原料,采用一步水热法添加2mL硝酸成功合成了SnO_(2)/Fe_(2)O_(3)复合电极材料。通过XRD、XPS和EDX分析表明,SnO_(2)/Fe_(2)O_(3)复合电极材料的主晶格为SnO2和Fe2O3的混合相,除包含Sn、Fe和O元素以外,不含其他杂质元素。SnO_(2)/Fe_(2)O_(3)复合电极材料的颗粒近似呈球形,颗粒间出现少量团聚现象。电化学性质分析表明,SnO_(2)/Fe_(2)O_(3)复合电极材料具有低的电荷转移阻抗、高的电荷载流子迁移和分离效率,是一种潜在的电池用电极材料。SnO_(2)/Fe_(2)O_(3) composite electrode material was successfully synthesized by adding 2 mL nitric acid in one step hydrothermal method using anhydrous tin tetrachloride and iron nitrate nonahydrate as raw materials. The results of XRD, XPS and EDX analysis show that the main lattice of SnO_(2)/Fe_(2)O_(3) composite electrode material is a mixture of SnO2 and Fe2O3,and it does not contain other impurity elements except for Sn, Fe and O elements. The particles of SnO_(2)/Fe_(2)O_(3) composite electrode material are approximately spherical, and a small amount of agglomeration occurs among the particles. The analysis of electrochemical properties shows that the SnO_(2)/Fe_(2)O_(3) composite electrode material has low charge transfer impedance, high charge carrier migration and separation efficiency, and is a potential electrode material for battery application.
