摘 要:通过Adams/Ride软件建立包含动态力学特性的橡胶衬套模型并进行频率仿真验证。通过Adams/Car建立试验车型SUV多体动力学整车模型,并进行平顺性仿真,验证了包含橡胶衬套动态力学特性的多体动力学整车模型的精确性。通过改变前悬架下摆臂后橡胶衬套的动刚度大小,研究橡胶衬套动刚度对于平顺性的影响。结果表明:前悬架下摆臂后橡胶衬套动刚度对于车辆纵向振动影响较大。A rubber bushing model with dynamic mechanical properties was built by the Adams/Ride and verified by frequency simulation.The multi-body dynamics vehicle model of the experimental vehicle SUV was established by Adams/Car.It was carried out the ride comfort simulation to verifying the accuracy of a multi-body dynamics vehicle model with dynamic mechanical properties of rubber bushings.Through changing the dynamic stiffness of rubber bushing located at the rear mounting point of the front suspension lower swing arm,this paper studied the effect of the dynamic stiffness of the rubber bushing on the ride comfort.The results showed that rubber bushing located at the rear mounting point of the front suspension lower swing arm had a greater impact on longitudinal vibration of the vehicle.
