摘　　要：高等院校是坚持党的领导的坚强阵地,高校机关党组织是学校党建系统的重要组成部门,是高校党委领导下落实立德树人根本任务的坚强组织堡垒。机关党建工作以业务工作为依托,其取得的成效将直接影响和反映业务工作水平,二者相辅相成,密不可分。机关党员干部要加强自我管理、提高党性修养,强化责任担当,才能保障机关各项业务工作健康有序发展。Colleges and universities are solid fronts to adhere to the leadership of the Party.The office Party organization in colleges and universities is an important component of the Party building system,and a strong fortress to carry out the fundamental task of moral education.The Party building work of the administration department relies on the professional work,and the results will directly affect and reflect the level of the work.They are interdependent and inseparable.Party members and cadres in administration departments of colleges and universities should strengthen their responsibility and self-management,and enhance the Party spirit.Only in this way can we ensure all the work is carried out in an orderly way.
